I'm a little late for this week's theme at Inspire me Thursday, but I wanted to try it anyway because I had this image in mind and I wanted to make it :
(the prompt was "Breath")
I'm afraid of the water but I 'm facinated by the sea. I'd love to do scuba diving and I think I'm going to try this year. I feel trapped easily. I love wide spaces and nature, and escaping in writing and books! I want to learn to breath under the sea.

This piece is beautiful! I love the reflection in the glasses ! What a perfect piece to share for this theme.
I share your love and fascination for the sea and I also have a problem with enclosed spaces ! I haven't had the courage to try scuba yet but snorkling in the ocean is great !!! You can go down a ways but easily come up for air when you need it ! I did it in Mexico and the array of things to see was amazing ! Ahh, the colors !Good luck conquering your fears."Courage !" comme on dit !
I am also deathly afraid of being underwater (like scuba diving). I love your creation. Thank you Kim for pointing out the use of reflections and glass.
That is really wild. Amazing idea. I love the painting.
Cool effects here.
This is a very clever approach to the subject of "breath". You've achieved it beautifully!
Very effective! I especially like the red on the diver. The slashes on the chest even resemble gills - intentional or not?
Keep up your courage and learn to dive because it will make you bigger in so many unforseen ways.
This is wonderful - such a cool piece, love the effect you achieved!!
It is 'breath'taking!!!! I love it! It is very clever and love your imagination!
Very well done! Lovely piece.

This is slendid, wonderful way to convey depth with those specs!
Scuba diving is fabulous, go for it and just breath and look. That is all it takes, a deep trust.
Breathing is trusting... :)
